Information we collect
For free eBook requests, we collect an email address, optional name, locale, consent records, and basic security hashes. For product inquiries, we also collect the submitted contact, organization, environment, use-case, and message details. We never store the raw IP address.
Email delivery and optional marketing
Our server processes transactional delivery emails and stores request and consent records in the local database. Marketing consent is optional and unchecked by default: you can receive the free eBook without agreeing to marketing. Only users who opt in receive NANAAI updates, and consent may be withdrawn through unsubscribe controls or by contacting us.
Technical information, analytics, and cookies
We may receive basic server logs and approximate country, region, city, timezone, and locale signals from trusted hosting headers for service operation, language and market analysis, fraud prevention, and aggregated reporting. We do not collect precise GPS location or store raw IP addresses for this purpose. Location may be inaccurate when VPNs, proxies, mobile networks, or corporate networks are used. NANAAI does not currently add advertising cookies.
Payments and third parties
Future purchases may be processed by a third-party commerce platform such as Lemon Squeezy. That provider may handle payment and transaction data under its own terms; payment card details are not necessarily stored directly by NANAAI.
Use, retention, and international users
We use information to deliver requested content, respond to inquiries, record consent, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. eBook request records are intended to be retained for up to one year after delivery unless consent is withdrawn or a longer period is required. Product inquiry records are retained only as reasonably needed for follow-up and legal obligations. Information is primarily processed on our server in South Korea and may be handled by necessary network or email infrastructure.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions.
